2.1 Pre-Order Period

Products listed on our Website during the initial launch are available on a pre-order basis. This means:

• Orders placed during the pre-order period (February 14 – March 17, 2026) will be manufactured after the pre-order period closes
• Expected shipping: Late March 2026
• We will notify you by email when your order ships, including tracking information

2.2 Pre-Order Terms

• Payment is taken at the time you place your pre-order
• Pre-orders are subject to our Returns and Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders and issue full refunds if production issues arise
• Estimated shipping dates are approximate and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, materials, and sizes. However:

• Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
• Product images are for illustrative purposes
• Actual products may vary slightly from images

3.2 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP)
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Prices do not include shipping costs (calculated at checkout)
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed

3.3 Product Availability

• Products are subject to availability
• If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund

4. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

4.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order:

1. You select products and add them to your cart
2. You proceed to checkout and provide shipping and payment information
3. You review your order and click "Place Order"
4. You receive an email confirmation (this confirms we have received your order)

Your order is a binding contract once you receive email confirmation.

• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments
• We accept major credit and debit cards
• Payment is taken immediately when you place your order
• All transactions are encrypted and secure (SSL/TLS)

4.3 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Shipping Area

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only.

5.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total:

• Orders under £15: £2.49 (Large Letter, Royal Mail)
• Orders £15 - £49.99: £4.99 (1st Class Parcel, Royal Mail)
• Orders £50 and over: FREE SHIPPING

5.3 Delivery Times

• Pre-orders: Expected to ship late March 2026
• Standard orders (after launch): 3-5 business days from dispatch
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers

5.4 Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

5.5 Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence at delivery:

• The parcel will be returned to Royal Mail for collection or redelivery
• You are responsible for any additional delivery charges
• If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply)

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Summary:

• You have 14 days from receipt to return unworn, unused items
• Returns must be authorized in advance by emailing returns@wearedeathwings.com
• You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return

7. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS (UK LAW)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the following rights:

• Products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality
• If products are faulty or not as described, you can request a repair, replacement, or refund

These statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

• The Faceless One artwork
• Product designs and images
• Website design and text

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order.
